What you can do for us:

• Assist in Delivery Team supervision and management of the London HQ Studio.

• Manage scheduling of all staff and team assignments.

• Strong organization, communication, analytical and relationship management skills.

• Demonstrate high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling.

• Manage project schedules and deadlines, ensuring compliance with contract and project expectations.

• Guide the team (and company) through the design implementation process including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction documentation through to completion.

• Facilitate and manage all phases with internal staff and key stakeholders to ensure responsibilities are communicated and adhered to by all.

• Assist in communicating with Key parties on all Project related matters, where need be.

• Manage administrative issues, team allocations, travel and project communications.

• Assist with training on project management process and tools.

• Scheduling and ensuring design reviews occur and are maintained in conjunction with milestone deliverables for each project

• Participate in weekly operational calls and contribute to all action items as Identified on those calls

• Assist Staycity Group in the establishment and refinement of best practices of standards of excellence

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years’ proven experience managing complex interior design projects in the hospitality sector, with a strong track record in luxury or boutique hotel developments, refurbishments, and fit-outs.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate an internal design team, set clear deliverables, and ensure timely, high-quality output across all project stages.
• Experience overseeing concept design, design development, documentation, and coordination through to procurement, installation, and final handover.
• Skilled in managing multidisciplinary collaboration, including in-house designers, architects, engineers, contractors, FF&E suppliers, whilst liaising with different internal departments, from Development teams to operations.
• Proven capability in resource planning, workflow management, and maintaining project timelines and milestones
• Strong grasp of hospitality brand guidelines, operational requirements, and compliance with building codes and accessibility standards.
• Track record of budget control, procurement oversight, and managing FF&E schedules for high-value hotel projects.
• Adept at client and stakeholder management, including hotel owners, operators, and brand representatives, ensuring alignment with project vision and operational needs.
