Feasibility Intern

Hours: 10–20 hours per week
Duration: 3 to 6 months

The role:

We are seeking an intern for our feasibility team to support hospitality-focused market research and data collection. This role involves direct engagement with hotels and the collection of information to support hospitality feasibility and benchmarking activities. The internship offers hands-on exposure to feasibility work within the hospitality sector and is ideal for a student looking to gain practical industry experience alongside their studies.

We would love you to have:

• Native level English, essential due to frequent phone-based research

• Currently studying or recently studied a relevant discipline such as hospitality or hotel management, business or management, economics, finance, or another numerically focused degree
• Confident and comfortable speaking with hotel staff and management
• Professional, clear, and polite communication style
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including data entry, basic formulas, and filters
• Solid numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining high levels of accuracy

What you can do for us:

• Collect and record hotel data to support feasibility and benchmarking activities
• Accurately input and manage data within Excel spreadsheets
• Maintain and regularly update a structured hospitality feasibility database
• Ensure all data is accurate, consistent, and complete
• Support the feasibility team with additional research tasks as required
• Develop an understanding of how feasibility and benchmarking inform hospitality decision making
