We would love you to have:
Previous front office experience within a lifestyle or hospitality environment, with some supervisory experience preferred
Strong understanding of guest service and operations
Local market knowledge is an advantage
Adaptability and the ability to respond quickly to guest needs and operational demands
What you can do for us:
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard
Assist in supervising the front of house team, providing guidance and support during shifts
Ensure Wilde brand standards, procedures, and SOPs are consistently followed
Handle guest feedback, complaints, and queries professionally, ensuring swift and effective resolution
Help monitor guest satisfaction and contribute to continuous improvement in service delivery
Support check-in processes, payment verification, and reservations in line with company procedures
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a seamless, personalised experience
Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment
What to expect:
This is not a behind-the-desk role. Due to our prime location and high guest volume, this is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. You’ll be on your feet, multitasking, supporting the team, and responding to a high number of guest enquiries throughout your shift.
