The role:
We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Learning & Development Manager to join our People Team. This is a high-impact role working across the entire group—partnering with senior leaders, shaping leadership capability, and delivering meaningful learning experiences that move the business forward.

We would love you to have:
• 3+ years’ experience in Learning & Development across any industry
• Experience designing and delivering training programmes, leadership development initiatives, or learning workshops
• The ability to work across both the strategic and operational sides of Learning & Development
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence partnering with senior leaders and cross functional teams
• Experience working with external training providers or facilitators would be an advantage

What you can do for us:
• Design and deliver leadership development programmes for General Managers and the wider leadership team
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders to build capability aligned with business priorities and organisational growth
• Coach and support leaders to drive individual development and performance improvement
• Identify skills gaps across the business, particularly within sales and operational leadership teams, and shape learning priorities accordingly
• Act as a trusted Learning & Development partner and first point of contact for L&D initiatives and queries across the group
• Manage relationships with external training providers to ensure the delivery of high quality and impactful programmes
• Lead the design and rollout of new learning initiatives, including induction and guest service programmes
• Create engaging, practical, and scalable learning content tailored to the Staycity business and culture
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and group learning experiences across multiple audiences and locations
• Adapt facilitation and learning approaches to suit different learning styles and operational needs
• Manage the end to end coordination of learning programmes, including logistics, scheduling, venues, travel, accommodation, materials, and stakeholder communication
• Evaluate programme effectiveness through feedback, engagement metrics, and learning data to continuously improve impact and experience
• Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, leadership development, and operational excellence across the organisation
