The Role
At Staycity Group, we are building smarter, more efficient, and higher-performing operations across our growing portfolio, and we are looking for a transformational facilities leader to help drive that journey. This is not a traditional maintenance leadership role. We are seeking an ambitious, commercially minded operator with the curiosity, energy, and determination to continuously improve how we operate. Someone who challenges inefficiency, raises standards, and is passionate about building facilities and maintenance operations that are safer, smarter, more scalable, and more effective.
As Head of Facilities & Maintenance Ireland, you will lead the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of facilities and engineering services across a multi-site portfolio. You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, improving asset performance, optimising maintenance strategies, enhancing contractor performance, and delivering measurable commercial impact across the business. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, strategic thinking, and continuous improvement mindset. You will work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders to modernise ways of working, improve efficiencies, reduce reactive maintenance, and create a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.
