We're looking for our next Guest Services Host to join our team and work across our reception, lobby, public areas, and restaurant & bar spaces.

This is not a traditional reception role. It's a dynamic, guest-facing position where no two days are the same. What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, food & beverage, or reception is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.

• A genuine passion for people and delivering excellent customer service.

• Someone who thrives in a busy, fast-moving environment.

• Ability to multitask effectively and stay calm under pressure.

• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Flexibility and adaptability when priorities change throughout the day.
