Role Summary
We are looking for a highly impactful Chief of Staff to work directly with our CEO and executive team. This is a pivotal role designed to bring strategic clarity, drive execution across the organisation, and ensure that leadership priorities are actioned and sustained. The successful candidate will be part of the C-Suite team, helping translate vision into outcomes, facilitating cross-functional initiatives, and strengthening internal alignment as Staycity continues to scale across multiple geographies.

Key Objectives
Enable the CEO and executive team to operate at maximum impact by managing strategic workflows, priorities, and time.
Strengthen cohesion across departments by improving planning, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
Lead or support execution of strategic initiatives and ensure they translate into tangible business results.
Identify and help resolve structural, communication, or process challenges that hinder scale or agility.
Key Responsibilities
Work alongside the CEO to shape, manage, and execute strategic agendas, including leadership meetings, board reporting, and cross-company initiatives.
Provide project oversight and coordination across key workstreams involving multiple teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Act as a bridge between the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring visibility and continuity across functions.
Handle communications and briefing materials for high-level stakeholders including investors, board members, and key partners.
Monitor the organisational pulse, support internal communications, and drive cultural consistency during periods of growth and change.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in a fast-paced business environment, with a strong track record in strategy, consulting, operations, or executive support roles.
Proven ability to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives that have measurable impact.
Highly developed communication skills - written, visual, and verbal - with an ability to adapt tone and content for different audiences.
Strong analytical thinking and organisational judgment; able to anticipate issues and act with discretion.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm, ideally in projects involving scaling, transformation, or organisational design.
MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification in business, strategy, or finance.
Engineering, Finance, Legal, IT background…anyone who can figure out process fast, analyse data and stay curious to achieve the winning outcomes
Prior exposure to C-level leadership, ideally in high-growth, multi-location businesses.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in performance metrics, dashboards, and strategic planning cycles.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
Sector knowledge in hospitality, real estate, travel, or consumer services is a ‘nice to have’, but not essential.
